SHIPPING
All of our products are shippable domestically using UPS or United States Postal Service.
We do ship internationally using United States Postal Service unless another company is specified and paid for by the customer.
All of our orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt of order, unless otherwise specified at the time the order is placed.
Once shipped a tracking number will be sent to you through the e-mail you have used to place the order and Login to our system.
Tracking numbers can be traced at any time through the respective shipping company's website. (UPS or USPS)
This information will be sent along with the tracking number.
RETURNS
All of our items can be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase for STORE CREDIT as long as your return meets the following requirements:
- All returns MUST be made within 14 DAYS from the ship date.
- If an item is damaged or defective when you receive it, you may return it and we will include the original shipping costs in your store credit.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received; have not been washed or worn; is in re-sellable condition, and has the original tags still attached.
TO RETURN ITEMS
Please include a copy of your invoice and specify reasons for returning the item. [Completely fill out the return form, located on the back of the blue invoice you'll receive with your shipment, and follow the instructions for sending your items back to us]. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending the items back to us and we cannot reimburse you for these costs (unless we made a mistake on the original order or the items arrived damaged/defective). You will automatically receive a store credit via email for any items returned to us. Please make sure your email account is set up to accept emails from estore@whiskeyriverco.com so that your store credit and any correspondence from us doesn't end up in your trash/spam/junk mail folder.
PLEASE NOTE
WE CANNOT PROCESS EXCHANGES - For your convenience and to eliminate any "out of stock" issues, when you return your unwanted items you will automatically receive a store credit via email in the form of a gift certificate. You can then use this credit to purchase any new items you'd like by going to whiskeyriverco.com and placing a normal order using your gift certificate code. This will speed up the "exchange" process and will ensure that what you want is actually in stock. Please make sure your email account is set up to accept emails from estore@whiskeyriverco.com so that your store credit and any correspondence from us doesn't end up in your trash/spam/junk mail folder.
